  • We deliver locally, generally within a 50 mile radius of Cannock, however if you require a delivery further afield please speak to our sales team who should be able to accommodate. 

  • Generally, our delivery service is free of charge, however depending on the value of your order and distance of delivery there may be a small charge. Our sales team will be able to advise at the time of ordering.

  • Our delivery drivers start at 6:00am, and a first drop delivery can be requested. Timed deliveries in some circumstances can be arranged, please speak to the sales team who will do their best to accommodate.

  • You do not need a credit account or a trade cash card to purchase from Cannock CID.

  • Trade Cash Accounts are paid for at the time of placing the order, whereas a Credit Account gives you a credit limit to trade with and pay off monthly. Both account types come with trade discounts and allow you to build up a trading history with us.
    A credit account lets you buy materials and pay for them later by an agreed period, often up to 30 days later. The terms and credit given to you will be agreed by our accounts team, once you have filled in a credit application form. These forms can be collected in branch or we can email them to you.

  • Credit account customers will receive their invoices via email. You will also receive a statement at the end of the month stating the amount owed.

  • Yes, we do accept cash in branch.

  • To request a quote via our website, simply add products to your enquiry list, fill in some contact details and our team will be in touch with prices for you.
    Alternatively, you can call us on 01543 573999 or email us at sales@cannockcid.co.uk and we will provide you with a quote.

  • Typically, you will receive your quote via email within 24 hours during weekdays, however during busy periods it could take longer.

  • Quotation prices are valid for 30 days but are subject to manufacturers increases.

  • We are open Monday to Friday (week days) from 06:00 until 16:00.
    We are closed on weekends and on Bank Holidays.

  • We stock a wide variety of products, however there may be times where you require something specific. If you need something that we don’t hold in our warehouses, speak to a member of the team and we will do our best to source the product for you from one of our recognised suppliers.

  • We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase upon production of the original receipt/invoice on most products, however the return of perishable goods like plaster, bagged render etc. will not be accepted. This includes bespoke or non-stocked items ordered specifically.
    Goods that are accepted for return will incur a restocking charge.
